Trevor and Jeff @ Mt. Hood w/ Oakley

So last week Trevor and I along with Todd and Alec from the Orem Milosport and several other shop employees from other shops around the country, got an invitation from Oakley Eyewear to fly up to Mt. Hood for 3 days of shredding.
It was the final session of the season for High Cascade Snowboard Camp witch was Bjorn and Erik Lienes's signature session. So we new we were going to see some sick riding from those two.
The first day was kind of a tough one for all us to get acclimated to riding again but at the end of the day we got a special treat Erik Leines was cooking Habenera Broughts right in front of our condo were he had his camping trailer set up. We went and skated alittle on the HCSC wooden bowls and street course and hit the sack early so we were ready to shred.

By the second day are legs were ready to rip it up mainly sessioning the 1,500 vertical feet of runs still open on Timberline's Palmer snow field and also the jibs, jumps and especially the halfpipe of HCSC. Trevor even started to figure out how to catch air in the pipe.

The third day was much the same as the second with a special bonus, we got to see some amazing riding from legends Scott E. Whitlake and Bobby Meeks and also crazy tech riding from up and comer and HCSC coach Scott Stevens.

Well that was a brief sum up of our trip. We had fun, got to shred with some new friends and old ones and in August to top it off. We like give a special thanks to Oakley, High Cascade Snowboard Camp, Erik & Bjorn Leines (Celtek Gloves) and of course Milosport for working out the schedule so we could go.
